TSS Artists Account and Data Deletion

This account and data deletion page applies to the TSS Artists mobile app, also listed on Google Play as TSS. The Android package name is com.tgsarathi.employee.
TSS Artists is operated for Telangana Samskruthika Sarathi attendance and program operations through the TGSarathi website at https://tgsarathi.com.
How to Request Account or Data Deletion
Authorised TSS Artists users can request deletion of account-related data or attendance proof by contacting support from their registered phone number or email address.
Send your request to support@tgsarathi.com with the following details:
- Full name
- User ID or registered phone number
- District or office/unit
- Data you want deleted
- Reason for the request, if applicable
What Can Be Deleted
- Inactive user account details where deletion is permitted.
- Proof photos or attendance data that are no longer required for audit, reporting, or official records.
- Support request details after the request is resolved and no longer required.
What May Be Retained
Some attendance, program, audit, security, fraud prevention, compliance, and official reporting records may be retained when required for operational, legal, or administrative purposes.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are reviewed after identity verification. We aim to respond within 30 days unless additional verification or official review is required.
